     Molybdenum disilicide bubbling tubes commonly have diameters of 14, 16, and 20; pore sizes range from single-hole to nine-hole, with 4-hole and 9-hole being the most commonly used; lengths vary between 500-1200 mm.      The main component of molybdenum disilicide bubbling tubes is molybdenum disilicide, with the chemical formula MoSi₂, belonging to a tetragonal crystal structure. It is an intermediate phase in the Mo-Si binary alloy system with a high silicon content, appearing gray with a metallic luster. It possesses high-temperature resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and certain mechanical properties, making it an ideal material for manufacturing high-temperature heating elements, thermocouple protection tubes, and bubbling tubes. Similar to silicon molybdenum rods, molybdenum disilicide products themselves do not have high-temperature oxidation resistance. Instead, in high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres, a dense, high-melting-point silicon dioxide protective film forms on the surface of the molybdenum disilicide bubbling tube, which prevents further oxidation.
